Overlooking the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean, the main house offers breathtaking views from every room and incredible sunsets each night. Seven sets of sliding glass doors surrounding the main house invite you to feel a part of the tropical paradise, while the central air-conditioning keeps you cool and comfortable. Two bedrooms on the main floor offer queen beds while the loft bedroom offers two twin beds and a private balcony with outstanding views of the ocean. Your boat is safe at the protected, private dock.

Relax on the wrap-around covered decks, or bask in the sun on the loft balcony, also an excellent star-gazing location!

The efficiency boat house is perched over the water and offers two full beds that can come together to make a king bed.

This house is located just south of Tilloo Cut, known for its World-Class fishing, so you can easily access deep water or head down to Tilloo Bend for flats fishing. Tahiti Beach is three minutes north or you can hike the backside of Tilloo to our ocean side beach.

You can leave the hustle and bustle behind, and yet Hopetown, Lubber's Quarters Cay, and Marsh Harbor are just minutes away. What are you waiting for?!!
